Firstly make sure that your printer is connected to the power and your computer or network. Check all the cables and connections to make sure everything is plugged in. If you are still facing issues then, check the printer display panel for error messages. Error messages can provide us clues about what might be causing the problem. Common error messages include paper jams, connectivity issues, and low ink.

If you’re experiencing paper jam then carefully remove any jam paper from the printer. Make sure to check all the areas of the printer including input and output trays.

If you’re experiencing low ink then replace the cartridges with new ones. For assistance to change the cartridges, you can use the printer’s user manual or HP website.

If your printer is connected to your computer then check the print queue for any pending print job. Sometimes print jobs are stuck in the queue and cause some trouble. Clear the printing queue and restart the printer and computer this might help to resolve the issue.

Sometimes, you will get a warning that you have a driver problem. For that just locate the driver, download and install.

If you’re still unable to resolve the issue then contact HP support for further assistance. They might provide additional HP Printer Not Working troubleshooting steps or arrange or repair the printer.
