• Suppose the passengers cancel their flight ticket after 24 hours of reservation or within seven days of scheduled departure. In that case, they will get a refund of their flight ticket after the deduction of cancellation charges. 

• If there is a delay of three hours and the passenger proceeds with the cancellation, they will be liable to get a complete refund as well as compensation for the delay caused by the airline.

• Jump onto the official website of Fiji Airways and look for the ‘Manage Booking’ option. 

• Enter the PNR number and the last name of the passengers to proceed further with the reservation. 

• Once you get onto the flight detail page, you are required to search and select the cancellation option. ‘

• Follow the process to cancel your flight ticket, and once the process is complete, you will get redirected to the payment page. 

• Make the payment of the cancellation charges by following the on-screen instructions, if applicable. 

• Once the process of cancellation is complete, you’ll see a link on your page. 

• Click on the given link to get redirected to the refund form, and fill out the necessary details. 

• Fill out the details, and once the process is complete, submit the form, and the refund will get initiated to your bank account in 5-7 business days.
