There is no clear answer to this question. Some sources say that the project has been approved, while others say that it is still in the planning stages. 7 Wonder City Islamabad is a proposed mixed-use development project that includes residential, commercial, and retail components. The project has not yet been approved by the Pakistani government.

1-IS 7 WONDER CITY ISLAMABAD APPROVED

There is a lot of speculation going around about the future of Islamabad. One of the most popular topics is the so-called “7 Wonder City” project. So, is 7 Wonder City Islamabad approved?

The project was first announced back in 2015 by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. The aim of the project is to build a new, modern city in Islamabad that would be a model for other cities in Pakistan.

The project has been through a lot of ups and downs since it was first announced. There have been numerous delays and the cost of the project has gone up significantly. The original cost was estimated at Rs. 300 billion, but it is now estimated to be close to Rs. 1 trillion.

The project was initially supposed to be completed by 2020, but that deadline has now been pushed back to 2025.

There is still a lot of uncertainty about the future of the project. The current government has not made any firm commitment to it and it is not clear if the project will ever be completed.

So, is 7 Wonder City Islamabad approved? It is still too early to say for sure. The project has been plagued by delays and cost overruns, and it is not clear if the current government is committed to it. Only time will tell if the 7 Wonder City will ever become a reality.
2-PLANS FOR THE FUTURE

The question of whether Islamabad will be developed as a “7th Wonder City” is one that has been on the minds of many people since the announcement was made by the Pakistani government.

The answer to this question is still not clear, as the government has not made a final decision on the matter. However, there are some plans that have been put forth by the government that suggest that Islamabad may indeed be developed as a “7th Wonder City”.

One of the most notable plans is the construction of a new airport in Islamabad. This airport will be one of the largest in Pakistan and will be able to accommodate the increasing number of passengers that are expected to travel to and from Islamabad in the future.

In addition to the construction of a new airport, the government has also proposed the construction of a new highway that will connect Islamabad to the rest of the country. This highway will make it easier for people to travel to and from Islamabad, as well as make it easier for businesses to transport goods to and from the city.

The construction of these two infrastructure projects is expected to cost billions of dollars, and it is still not clear how the Pakistani government will finance these projects. However, if the government is able to find the necessary funding, then there is a good chance that Islamabad will be developed as a “7th Wonder City”.
3-ISLAMABAD AS A WORLD-CLASS CITY

The Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) administration has drafted a proposal to develop the city as a world-class metropolis. The proposal has been sent to the Capital Development Authority (CDA) for approval.

If approved, the project will be executed in three phases. In the first phase, development work will be carried out in Sectors I-16, I-17 and I-18. The second phase will focus on Sectors E-11 and E-12, while the third phase will include the development of Sector F-11.

The proposal includes a number of key development components, such as the construction of a world-class convention centre, a five-star hotel, an international exhibition centre, a golf course, and a theme park. In addition, a number of high-rise buildings will be constructed in the city centre, which will house both residential and commercial units.

The project is expected to cost approximately Rs. 100 billion, and will be funded through a mix of private and public investment. If approved, work on the project is expected to begin later this year and be completed within five years.

The proposal has been met with mixed reactions from residents of the city. Some have welcomed the move, saying that it will help to put Islamabad on the map as a world-class city. Others, however, have expressed concerns about the cost of the project and the impact it will have on the city's infrastructure.
4-THE NEED FOR APPROVAL

The need for approval is something that we all face at some point in our lives. Whether it's seeking approval from our parents, our friends, or our peers, we all want to be accepted and feel like we belong.

For some of us, the need for approval can be so strong that it leads to us making poor choices in an attempt to fit in or be liked. We might dress a certain way, act a certain way, or even say things that we don't actually believe, all in an effort to get others to approve of us.

The need for approval can also hold us back from being our true selves. We might be afraid to pursue our dreams or goals because we're afraid of what others will think. We might stay in a job or a relationship that we're unhappy with because we're afraid to make a change.

Ultimately, the only approval that really matters is your own. You are the only one who has to live with the choices you make in life, so you might as well make choices that make you happy. Screw what everyone else thinks! Do what makes you happy and live your life the way you want to live it.
5-7 WONDER CITY ISLAMABAD

There is a lot of talk these days about the so-called “7 Wonder City Islamabad”. This project was first announced back in 2016 by then-Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. The idea was to develop a world-class city in Islamabad that would be a model for other cities in Pakistan.

Unfortunately, the project never got off the ground and there has been no progress on it since. In fact, the current government has completely scrapped the project and is now working on its own development plans for Islamabad.

So, what happened to the 7 Wonder City Islamabad project? Let’s take a look.

The project was first announced by the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) government in 2016. The then-Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif had laid the foundation stone for the project and had said that it would be developed over an area of 5,000 acres.

The project was to be developed in three phases and was expected to cost around Rs 1 trillion. The first phase was to be completed in five years and the second and third phases were to be completed in seven and 10 years, respectively.

The project was to include a number of world-class facilities, such as a world-class university, a five-star hotel, a convention centre, a shopping mall, and a golf course.

6-CONCLUSION

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has not yet approved the much-awaited Islamabad Seven Wonder City project, sources informed Geo News on Wednesday.

The mega project, which was announced last year, was aimed at providing affordable housing to low and middle-income families in the federal capital.

The project was to be developed on an area of 100 kanals in Sector E-11, and was to include seven high-rise buildings.

However, the sources said that the CDA has not yet given its final approval for the project, and is still awaiting a report from the Islamabad Metropolitan Corporation (IMC).

The IMC had earlier raised objections to the project, stating that it did not conform to the master plan of Islamabad.

The Seven Wonder City project is the latest in a long line of housing schemes that have been announced for the federal capital, but have yet to see the light of day.

The CDA has been facing criticism for its failure to provide affordable housing to the people of Islamabad, with many calling for the authority to be disbanded.
