Like many of Diablo Immortal's events in the zone the players won't be able to simply stroll up to the Haunted Carriage when the mood is arousing. In reality, the timeframe to be a part of the event is rather tiny.

The Haunted Carriage shoots within Ashworld Manor every Tuesday and Saturday at 12 pm., 8:30 pm, and 10 at 10 (based on your server's local time). It's usually recommended that you arrive at the manor about 10-15 minutes earlier so that you don't miss your shot it's more of a general recommendation than a strict rule.
